a week in the life of…

Ahhh, things have finally calmed down a little… *sigh* It was actually a pretty bad week (the below comic literally summed up one of my days this week), but the weekend has been great, and that’s what I’m deciding to dwell on. 😊 I also decided at the end of this week to ditch my ARC April plans and to make April “treat yo self” month instead, so I set aside a ton of current reads and have just been meandering through some random kindle unlimited titles and stuff. It’s been really nice and it feels like it’s helping a lot with kicking this semi-slump I’ve been in since December!

    1. Yesssss!
Oooh, good luck! ❤ Is it working out okay for you today? I read ep 1 of CI over the weekend and it helped a lot, plus getting some exciting ARC mail and Edelweiss approvals on my library account helped, too. I'm hoping this means I'm finally kicking my slump!

  1. Just read your “slump” post and am glad to see you just might be kicking that in the butt this month! Sounds like treat yo’self is a great idea. 😀 And that comic is so terribly perfect! Like all is well until you stand up in the open cabinet door. Good to have a sense of humor. Oh and I would be interested in some stats! Cheers to a better week.
