The WINNER of last week’s “lows” vote was… *drumroll*
THE WITCH BOY by Molly Ostertag!
As promised, I’ll now add this book to my “top-TBR” shelf on Goodreads to remind me to read it within the next 18 months.
Rules:
- Link back to the original post at Howling Libraries
- Sort your Goodreads TBR shelf by date added, ascending
- Find 5 titles to purge from your TBR (the “lows”) OR find 5 titles that are at the BOTTOM of your TBR—books you want to read someday, just not right now!
- Post those 5 books in the list, with a brief explanation
- Next, sort your Goodreads TBR shelf by date added, descending
- List the last 5 (or more!) books you added to your TBR, with a synopsis or your brief summary of why you added it (the “highs”)
(books that are LOW on my TBR (BUT NOT BEING REMOVED)—vote in the comments for which one I should move UP on my list and I’ll read it within 18 months!)

My vote is for Still house Lake. Not only because it’s the one you hope wins but because I also have a copy and I’m curious to see what you think!
Most of the time I don’t know any on your lows hahah! No vote I guess ?!

Late reply but that’s okay! 😀 If you don’t know any of the lows you’re always welcome to just vote for something that looks or sounds interesting to you. I don’t know if I’ve told you that before, my comments are all over the place right now so if I have already said this just ignore me ?????
Penelope Ward!!!! I haven’t read that one but love her others!)
I read Stillhouse Lake for a group read and thought it was pretty good (‘pretty good’ as in I would read more by this author) and it sounds like you secretly want to read it too, so I will put my vote in for that!
The Watchmaker’s Daughter — C.J. Archer
Stillhouse Lake! I love that series! I hope it wins so that you can get to it soon 🙂

I vote Poison or Protect but you’re right, I have no idea if you have to read the main series before the novellas!
I vote Mammoth cuz I really loved that one! Great post!
Stillhouse Lake — Rachel Caine! I read this last year and enjoyed it.
Hildafolk looks super cute so it gets my vote! Plus, I realize I know the name Luke Pearson from Soppy, which is one of the cutest comics I’ve read!
Aaaaa ok I just got Hilariously Ever After and I’m excited to read it!!
