November TBR: ALL the buddy & group reads

November 1, 2022

Another month, another TBRΒ ~

How is October already over?! 😭 It’s my favorite month of the year and it always goes by so damn fast. We had some really gorgeous cool weather for part of the month, but the heat came back over the last couple of weeks and the first half of November is expected to be warm, too. 😩 I just want to get out of the south and go somewhere cold already, dammit.

October was a fun month! We watched tons of horror movies, did some great Halloween stuff with the kiddo, and I read a lot! That said, I hope November is a calmer, quieter month for us, because we went so many places in October and I felt like I was in an almost-constant state of social overload and anxiety from all the crowds. 😬

October goal check-in:Β

  1. Read every day βœ…
  2. Catch up on my Goodreads goal βœ… (I DID IT!)
  3. Catch up on reviews ❌ (Nope! I got a few done, though!)

My goals for November are:Β

  1. Read 50+ pages per day
  2. Catch up on ALL buddy reads
  3. Catch up on reviews

november’s picks:

Lots of buddy reads again this month! I’m also still working towards catching up on those 2022 and “12 in 12” TBR lists before the year is out, so this month’s TBR is a doozy. πŸ˜… As usual, it’s a pretty loose “TBR” and I doubt I’ll get to all of them.

πŸ‚ The Heart’s Invisible Furies // John Boyne: “12 in 12” recommendations list
πŸ‚ Mexican Gothic // Silvia Moreno-Garcia: 2022 TBR

πŸ‚ Dark Rise // C.S. Pacat: 2022 TBR
πŸ‚ Light from Uncommon Stars // Ryka Aoki: 2022 TBR + Books Out of the Blue November group read

Howwwww? lol but I’m so glad you love Nevermoor and These Fleeting Shadows, I can’t wait for them both! πŸ₯° Have you listened to the audiobook of Nevermoor by any chance?
