Great post! This is definitely something that I need to think about doing haha. I don’t have near as many ARCs as you, but it’s still so hard to keep track of them!
Thank you! 😀 Oh you should, it’s fun to keep up with! Good luck and happy reading ♥
I don’t know if I should cry in agony or excitement for you!!! ??? Sending mental health positive vibes cause I’d be a hot mess in your shoes!! Buuuut how is Binti going?! I enjoyed the first novella and need to finish the trilogy (I know that’s the whole shebang there for ya!)
Bahaha thank you ?? It’s going pretty alright! The first one, I loved, but I’m having a hard time getting into the second one. There’s also a new novella in the bindup that goes between 1 and 2, and I wasn’t even able to finish it because it is SO poorly edited. I don’t mind typos and grammatical/punctuation errors at all in books (unpopular opinion, I know, but I can ignore them pretty easily!), but this is more along the lines of loads of run-on sentences and confusing phrasing. I’m waiting on the finished hardback (they gave me the eARC for me to start while I wait) and I’m gonna check it in there and hopefully it’ll have gone through another round of edits so I can finish it! For now, I just moved on to the 2nd main novella, but like I said, having a tough go of getting into it. 🙁
Oh shoot! I’ll keep in mind the slow go when I pick up the second! I didn’t know they popped another one in there (why is it still called a trilogy?!?). Yeah, grammar isn’t a deal breaker for me either unless it’s *one* word/phrase repeated throughout (doesn’t matter which tbh)… oh and nor is it a deal breaker if it’s predictable, I can still enjoy it ?
I’m not sure why it’s still called a trilogy, either. ? I was just thinking about that the other day and was like, “wait a second…” Sadly, I still haven’t made it any further in. ? And I feel you on not minding if it’s predictable! I always feel so alone on this haha, but tons of my faves are honestly super predictable.
Wow, I’m seriously jealous of you for some of these. But those are some amazign numbers 😀
Thank you! Aww, don’t be too jealous, I have to read like a mad person to get through all the ones I over-request! ?
Oh yeah, I’m definitely not jealous of that part 😀 but I got denied for some of these and it still would have been nice to get them 😀 still, good luck with them!
WOW. That is A TON of ARCS. I am overwhelmed for you just looking at this post!
Hahaha, yeah, it’s quite a bit, but thankfully, many of them are MG titles that will be very quick reads! 😀
This is such a cool post idea! Definitely helps to keep you accountable with ARCS…something I need to work on in 2019 🙂
Thank you! 😀 Good luck to you!
Great post girl! You gots a lot of stuff 🙂 hopefully you love all of them
Thank youuuu! 😀 Fingers crossed!
Honestly, you’re amazing with your arcs, I’m never this organised! I also have an arc copy of Daisy Jones, hopefully it’s as good as Evelyn Hugo!
Awww thank you! <3 Oh man, I'm so stoked for Daisy and I hope we love it!!
I think it’s so awesome that you have a ton of ARCs, and tend to get through them relatively quickly! I keep going on netgalley sprees and am constantly overwhelmed with my ARCs lol.
Aw, thank you! Haha I feel you, but we’ll get there! 😀
I love that you keep doing these! I may do another soon, but I will say I’ve done a great job of only getting ARCs for stuff I’m really, truly interested in. I’m also relieved because my next one isn’t due until March, so I have plenty of time to spread them out and not stress about them.
Thank you! Oooh, that’s something I need to learn to do haha. I think I just have a serious case of FOMO when it comes to ARCs. ?
Totally understandable!! I think if I had more options I’d be in trouble, but I don’t get much from publishers and literally only go on NetGalley when I’m updating a review or if I know there’s a specific book I want. I never figured out Edelweiss, so at least I’m spared from that temptation haha.
this feels so overwhelming but i’m sure you’ll be able to power through! especially when there are so many fantastic titles here. so excited for changeling, descendant of the crane, red, white & royal blue, i wanna be where you are, and you must not miss!
Oh my gosh don’t they all sound SO good?!!?
