The Weekly Wrap — May 17th, 2020

May 17, 2020

For whatever reason, moving this weekly post to Sundays sounded like a good idea — I guess because, in my brain, weeks go from Sunday through Saturday, not Wednesday through Tuesday, and… oh, it doesn’t matter.

? on the blog:

announcing a new ARC ban (w/ rules!)
harleen (graphic novel review)

I can’t believe I only completed one book this week, because I actually felt like I did a lot of reading?! ?? Go figure.

  • Check, Please! Book 2: Sticks & Scones ?????
This was SO PRECIOUS and I’m so sad it’s over ??

⏰ up next:

I have NO reading goals this week MONTH besides reading things that make me happy. ♥

? new review arrivals:

Get this… I didn’t haul ANY new ARCs this week! *gasp*

???? non-bookish occupations: Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Nintendo Switch ...Just ACNH, all the time.

life updates:

Not a bad week! A little bit of anxiety earlier in the week, but I’m doing pretty well right now. The only big news I have is that I’ve started streaming video games! I’ve wanted to do it for ages, so I decided to finally start diving in and did my first stream last night. If you want to check out my Twitch channel and follow me, it’s right HERE (@tinyzombiegaming) & you can follow my new gaming twitter HERE (@tinyzombiegaming also)!

    1. Ugh yes, honestly…what is the concept of time?! LOL! I think it’s awesome you started streaming games! I love video games, but not very good at them, so maybe I’ll tune into your stream soon 🙂

    1. No new ARCs, wow! I can imagine it is weird if you ‘only’ finish one book, while you felt like you read a lot, but you’re in the middle of like 10 books, so maybe not so weird ahah!

    1. I glad to hear you are doing well. I hope you had a great weekend and will have a great week ahead. Most of those reads look good. Steel caught my interest. Have a good day.

    1. My husband loves watching video games being played on YouTube – Corridor Crew, Node, and Girlfriend Reviews. Enjoy!
