Readathons & Challenges TBRs

My first Tropeathon TBR!

November 14, 2022

It’s time for my first Tropeathon TBR!

My awesome friend Misty and her co-host Michelle host the Tropeathon readathon every few months, and it always looks like so much fun, so I’m glad I’m finally getting the chance to join in a round! This round is fantasy-themed, which works great since I haven’t been reading much fantasy lately and have a few books I’d like to finish or finally pick up. For more info, check out Misty’s announcement post here! The readathon starts today and goes until December 4th.

The readathon has a bingo board with some prompts and you can use one book for multiple spaces. I’m just going to see how many prompts I can check off!

Here are my tentative TBR picks:

👑 Dark Rise // C.S. Pacat → save the kingdom, myths and legends
👑 Wolfsong // T.J. Klune (currently reading) → fated mates
👑 Vespertine // Margaret Rogerson (currently reading) → reluctant hero, crossing the veil
👑 Alice // Christina Henry (currently reading) → fairytale retelling
👑 House of Earth and Blood // Sarah J. Maas (currently reading) → elemental magic
👑 Kingdom of the Cursed // Kerri Maniscalco (currently reading) → arranged marriage
👑 Nevermoor: The Trials of Morrigan Crow // Jessica Townsend → break a curse
👑 Serpent & Dove // Shelby Mahurin → enemies to lovers

Are you joining Tropeathon? If so, what are you reading?

What a fun concept! Hope you get to knock a bunch of great fantasy books off your TBR (especially Morrigan Crow, my beloved 👀)

Good luck with your TBR!! So many good books on your TBR – Vespertine, Hosue of Earth and Blood & Nevermoor 🥰 I’ve also been meaning to read Serpent & Dove, as I love witches!

Thank you! 😀 I still haven’t started Serpent & Dove but I’m very excited to. It’s been high on my TBR for a long time, especially since I’ve heard a lot of people recommend it for SJM fans!

    Say hello! ♥
