March 20, 2019

WWW Wednesday is hosted by Taking On a World of Words. It’s a meme that takes place every Wednesday, where the posters discuss 3 Ws:

  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What did you recently finish reading?
  3. What do you think you’ll read next?

Image result for dis tew much

  1. Nevernight (audio reread) — 15%
  2. Aurora Rising — 39%
  3. The Witch’s Kind — 27%
  4. You Must Not Miss — 50%
  5. The Beast’s Heart — 39%
  6. An Enchantment of Ravens (reread) — 10%
  7. The Near Witch — 24%
  8. Small Town Hearts — 5%

I swore to myself that I wouldn’t let my currently-reading shelf get above 5-6 books at any given time this year because every time I do, THIS ALWAYS HAPPENS! I end up sitting at the same progress points on the same books for days or weeks on end because I forget what I’m reading. It doesn’t help that I read almost nothing over the last week. ?

I know what you’re thinking: “But Destiny, you finished six books last week!” Yeah, okay, but 2 were graphic novels, 1 was a 100-pg (or less maybe?) poetry book, and 1 was a pretty short romance book. (Oh, and a DNF, because it enraged me.) I have been SO BUSY and I hate it. ? I just want to read, dammit…

Current reads. Current reads. Current reads. That’s all I want. To finish ALL of these. Oh, and I need to start one book for a blog tour:

  1. In Another Life

In Another Life

Have you read any of the titles I mentioned in this post, or are any on your TBR? Let me know in the comments!

    1. Sometimes I wonder if it’s silly of me to read more than one book at a time. Nope, it’s a bookish things! It’s almost impossible with a long TBR. I’m not reading any books you are or have any on my TBR BUT I’ve heard a lot about V.E. Schwab and have added another of her books to my list. Interested in hearing your experience with the book you’re reading. Thanks for sharing!

    1. I don’t know how you keep all of these reads straight! I couldn’t do it. Two is the most I can balance. I hope they’re all enjoyable.
