April 17, 2019

WWW Wednesday is hosted by Taking On a World of Words. It’s a meme that takes place every Wednesday, where the posters discuss 3 Ws:

  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What did you recently finish reading?
  3. What do you think you’ll read next?

I DID IT! I finally finished You Must Not Miss. ? Once I skimmed back through the beginning (which I’d read weeks ago!) and refreshed myself on what was going on, the rest of the book flew by. This week, my “finish or DNF” goal will be The Art of Losing!
I think that, every week, I’ll pick one “finish or DNF” challenge from the titles that have been in my currently-reading section more than a week.

  1. Sorcery of Thorns — 13%
  2. The Art of Losing — 38%
  3. Dead Until Dark (reread) — 42%
  4. Godsgrave — 24%
  5. The Last Time I Lied — 5%
  6. The Raven’s Tale — 9%
  7. That Kind of Guy — 32%
  8. In Darkness, Delight — 6%

It’s a stunning cover!! It’s really odd and genre-defying but has such a cool concept, plus a really sweet trans love interest which I loved seeing. I hope you like it! And thank you, love, you too! ♥♥

omg I loved Talia Hibbert’s “A Girl Like Her,” and Talia herself is just pure sunshine on Twitter, i can’t wait to read the second book. so many cute moments in book one, it was almost too wholesome for my survival c: c: c:
+ I miss The Kiss Quotient so much!!!! I was so sad because I felt like The Bride Test wasn’t as nearly good. i don’t even remember most of it, i just miss my dear adorable Stella and Michael dlkjfs <3

Of what’s on your list, I am currently reading The Raven’s Tale, I have read Dead Until Dark, and I want to read The Princess and the Fangirl!

How are you liking The Raven’s Tale so far? I’m not far into it at all and I’m unsure… I adore Edgar Allan Poe so I know I’m going into it with a weird mix of enthusiasm and skepticism, but I’m not sure I’m sold on the writing yet!

Ooooh, The Princess and the Fangirl and Sorcery of Thorns are both on my TBR! I also just pick up a copy of The Last Time I Lied. I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on all of these books!
