WWW Wednesday: I kind of kicked butt this week?

February 23, 2022

It’s time for another WWW Wednesday!

WWW Wednesday is hosted by Taking On a World of Words. It’s a meme that takes place every Wednesday, where the posters discuss 3 Ws:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

What I’m currently reading:

Okay, LOOK, most of the list is the same… BUT I’M WORKING ON IT!

What I recently finished:

I read a lot over the last week and loved almost everything!

  • reception // kenzie jennings
A little slow to start, but I enjoyed this!
  • something is killing the children, vol. 3 // james tynion iv
I finally read this after having checked it out from hoopla 4 freakin’ times, lol. I loved it, as expected!
  • shades of magic, vol. 1, 2, 3 // v.e. schwab
I binge read the whole trilogy of graphic novels in one sitting and LOVED them. It made me really want to re-read the main series!

  • elle(s), vol. 1 // kid toussaint
This was pretty neat, not my favorite but I’m for sure intrigued!
  • we can never leave this place // eric larocca
I enjoyed this SO much! Eric always amazes me.
  • nine moons in a river of stars: phase one // xen
Xen/Cole McCade is just over here, forever reminding me why I adore him and why he’s an all-time favorite author for me. This was so spooky and angsty and sweet, and I loved it.
  • lamella // max halper
I don’t read a ton of bizarro horror, but this is my favorite bizarro piece I’ve read, I think. It was so weird and captivating!

What I’ll read next:

These are the only remaining books I have that I need to at least start, if not finish, before March! (Omg, is it really almost March?! 😱)

What are you reading right now, or what did you recently finish? Let me know in the comments!

    1. Enjoy your reading! I can’t wait for Gallant, I will definitely read it as soon as my copy arrives!
I´m about to finish The Blood Mirror (4th Lightbringer book!)

      1. I love it so far! I don’t know why I haven’t finished it yet, and I think the fact that I’ve been stalled on it for this long probably makes it look like I’ve enjoyed it less than I have, but I really have liked it. 😂

    1. You’ve read so many amazing things this week!!! *bows down* I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on Gallant!

Say hello! ♥
