It’s time for a weekly check-in!

It’s been another slow reading week! I’ve been fighting a reading slump and nothing seems to be keeping my interest much right now, which is a shame. I really hope the slumpy feeling passes soon!

This was another week of DNFs and subpar reads for the most part, as you can see! I did really enjoy The Duchess Deal, and of course my Gemina re-read was wonderful, but everything else was disappointing for sure.

I finally made a tiny bit of progress on my current reads! 🥳 lol. I’m starting a buddy read of Winter with Misty this week and Murder Road with Ashley, plus I need to catch up on my buddy read of the Bonds That Tie series with Misty and Malli. I’m looking forward to all three of those!

I’ve still mostly been spending my free time playing on my newly reset ACNH island! My newest addition to my island is Marshal and I’m so excited. I wanted him on my old island and never found him, so it was really cool to find him as my first campsite visitor on this island!
